My experience with the staff and service at River Oaks Dental has been wonderful! As someone with dental anxiety, they have not only been compassionate toward my fears, but have worked with me to help make me feel comfortable enough to have my teeth cleaned, without feeling worried for weeks before! The front office staff (especially Emileigh!) worked closely with me to get all of my dental work done in a timely manner. It's so nice to walk into a busy office and have everyone stop to say hello and remember your name! As far as the back office goes, all of the girls were amazing! I had the privilege of working with Melinda, who made every effort to make sure I was constantly feeling ok (from getting me a blanket and sunglasses, to making sure I always had enough Ibuprofen). Chelsea, my hygienist, is also great! She never makes me feel overly guilty for missing a day of flossing and always makes me feel great about my smile. As far as all the other girls go, they are all so friendly and nice! Dr. Farr is an amazing dentist. I was very apprehensive when Dr. Savage left, but after meeting Dr. Farr, he made me feel very comfortable with the transition. You will walk in and out of River Oaks Dental feeling good about the service you have received! It's an amazing office, with a great doctor and a wonderful dental staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a new dental office to stop in and check them out!
